WestView Capital Partners Exits Investment in VC3

Boston, MA - WestView Capital Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm, announced today that it has completed the sale of VC3, Inc. ("VC3" or "the Company"), a leading provider of managed IT services to local municipalities and commercial customers, to Nautic Partners, a Providence, Rhode Island based private equity firm.
Headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, VC3 provides a full suite of IT services led by its fully outsourced hosted desktop offering, as well as remote managed services, cybersecurity and application development. With a distinct focus on the local government market, VC3 provides its customers with a differentiated customer experience given its depth of expertise with government applications, processes and compliance needs. Since WestView’s investment, the Company’s footprint has expanded, through both organic and inorganic growth, to include over 400 customers spanning 16 states.
